Mulberry does not issue refunds. Items purchased online can be exchanged only within 7 business days. In store purchases can be exchanged within 48 hours from the date of purchase. In some cases credit notes can be issued. 

Mulberry reserves the right to refuse an exchange should the stylists deem appropriate.

Purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please notify us before sending the item back. Mulberry is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen.
